TPL controller is especially suited to high-security access control and real-time monitoring environments. DDS best-seller controller is adapted to a wide range of installations, from medium size to complex multi-sites installations. It is available in two versions: 2-door/4-reader or 4-door/4-reader.


High capacities are reached via the TPL's RAM dynamic allocation between cardholders and events buffer. This allows getting maximal capacities of 44K cardholders for the TPL controller (4 readers / 2 doors) – 32K cardholders for the TPL-D4 controller (4 readers / 4 doors) - or 47K events in memory, according to the on-board ROM.

The controller's 8 inputs (4 of which supervised) and 4 outputs can be extended to 16 inputs (12 of which supervised) and to 64 outputs, with the addition of plugin extension boards and satellites.

The controller can be connected to the PC via RS485/RS232 or TCP/IP; the latest is available from a plug-in extension card.

Programming is simple and the Flash memory allows easy firmware upgrade.

Boosted communication security is achieved through optional second serial bus for redundant communication with host allowing event alarm mode, global reflex and anti-passback without PC. Communication encryption and use of new technologies provides maximal protection against external perturbations and reinforce the security.

TPL takes independent decisions at the local level, such as door opening or outputs / reflexes triggering, without any computer intervention.

TPL fits a wide range of installations. It is easily integrated within external BMS applications, and can be associated to other DDS controllers.
